"Heavy Duty" Quote Form - Steel or Aluminum

Heavy-duty kits are appropriate for an application when the buyer desires the fully assembled look and quality but when a fully assembled stair can’t be placed in position in one piece or in sections. A heavy-duty kit is manufactured tread-by-tread, using machined pre-numbered parts, disassembled for shipment to the job site for easy re-assembly. Because of the special handling and processes used in manufacturing, the price of a heavy duty stair will be at least twice that of a fully assembled stair. All parts, except the balusters, which are available for a fully assembled stair, are available for a heavy duty stair. However, the baluster selection is limited to 3/4" round balusters.
