Model # 60S

This staircase is a 60 inch diameter spiral with 30 degree treads, with wooden handrail and treads. The handrail is  # 237 (2 3/4" x 2 3/8") molded oak, balusters are a # 326 (hammer forged) 5/8" round tapered to a collar in the center. The stair has four balusters per tread, spaced less than 4" apart to meet standard UBC code. Treads are     # 120 (12 gauge) pan type with wood overlay of # 145 (1" thick) with a 2 inch rubber nose insert. The landing is a 90 degree circular pan type with a wood overlay and 2" rubber nose insert with guard rail to match the staircase. The center column is a 3 1/2 inch ID schedule 40 round pipe. The stair has a white oxide primer finish with finish paint by others.
