This stair is an example of our standard fully assembled spiral installed without a landing. It is 52" diameter with 27 degree treads with a mounting plate at the finish floor at the top. This stair is easy to install and can be assembled in a few hours. The handrail is # 200 steel (1½" round tubing). The baluster are #302 (1" square tubing) and the treads are smooth 12 gauge steel. The center column is 4" OD .135 wall round pipe tube. The finish is a standard semi gross black paint applied at job site by owner. The only spiral application not requiring a landing is an installation on an outside corner. In ordering a stair without a landing, special care should be taken to determine that there will be sufficient headroom.
