Model # 52 AW w/opt.

This is a 52" diameter oak staircase with balcony rail to match. The handrail is # 240 (3 1/2" x 2 3/8") molded oak; balusters are a # 334 (1 1/4" square) one per tread; and the treads are a # 142 (1 1/4" thick). The center column is solid oak and is 5 1/4" diameter. The balcony rail is 42" high from the floor to the top of the rail with the same spacing in between the balusters to match the stair. The stair was shipped as a kit for easy installation at the job site. The final finish was applied to the stair after installation.
